A peak inside our new home at St Petroc’s . . .

By | May 2, 2018

We’ve settled into our new home upstairs at St Petroc’s Parish Centre welcoming our members, guests and visitors from near and far every Friday evening.  It’s a BYOB venue, with tea/coffee available at the break.

Here’s a little peak inside with a few of our artists and regular performers over the last few months . .  .

Rachel Newton, 2017 BBC Radio 2 Folk Award Musician of the Year and 2016 Scots Trad Music Awards Instrumentalist of the Year thrilled us in February with a spell-binding set of traditional and contemporary folk songs in English and Gaelic.

Rosie Hood and Lucy Huzzard joined us on May 4th 2018, enchanting us with a wealth of contemporary and traditional songs and stories from Rosie’s Wiltshire homelands and beyond.

Ian A. Anderson, editor of fRoots magazine was our psych-folk-blues-world guest in spring 2018, with an extraordinarily special finish with Graham Smith.  Ian and Graham haven’t played together since 1974!

A wonderful evening with Laura Smyth and Ted Kemp in February 2018.
